The hiring process should ideally be uniform across the company and keep up the speed.

In content it should be set upfront

  • who selects the candidates that are ‘worth’ interviewing
  • who rejects the ‘not interviewed’
  • how do we reject
  • how many rounds
  • who are the interviewers per round (read Work Rules and see that interviewers can be from outside the department)
  • whether an assessment is used and which one
  • how do we interview
  • who rejects the interviewed candidates (candidate experience!!)
  • etcetc.
