Today FD featured Bunq, a new bank that started from scratch and – maybe most crucial for its forthcoming success – without banking experience but with customer experience as focal point. The thing I want to hight light in this message is what strikes me each time I talk with one of these entrepreneurs. When talking about sales they do believe – even know – it will sell itself. This might be the new era and the new way of doing business: by creating ambassadors a truly authentic and good concept will ‘go viral’.

Read the last paragraph of todays FD article on this way of selling. This is not the first time I heard this, also Laurens Waling  – founder of Part-up.com – goes by this adagium. Maybe its very simple the confidence and drive and focus of these new entrepreneurs that makes them work like that. And lets bet…..it will work!!!
