Voor een software dienstverlener schreef ik een personeelshandboek dat voor 7 landen op 3 continenten bruikbaar moest zijn en zo onderhoudsvriendelijk mogelijk. Ofwel niet bij elke wetswijziging gaan zoeken wat er moet worden geüpdatet omdat updates altijd weer management approval, OR approval enz enz met zich mee brengen.

Tevens hoorden daar de policies bij zoals Privacy, IT etc en de link met de contracten ofwel is voor alles getekend.
