case: recruitment internal process steps
The hiring process should ideally be uniform across the company and keep up the speed.
In content it should be set upfront
- who selects the candidates that are ‘worth’ interviewing
- who rejects the ‘not interviewed’
- how do we reject
- how many rounds
- who are the interviewers per round (read Work Rules and see that interviewers can be from outside the department)
- whether an assessment is used and which one
- how do we interview
- who rejects the interviewed candidates (candidate experience!!)
- etcetc.
